Tuna and Peruvian Avocado Toasts

In a small bowl, place the tuna, mayonnaise, yellow chili paste, and sesame oil; mix well and set aside.
Season the mashed avocado with salt and pepper.
Spread some avocado on each toast square, add the tuna mixture, and top with the cucumber and watercress.

1/4 pound fresh tuna, cut into a ¼-inch dice

6 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons yellow chili paste (aji amarillo)

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 Peruvian avocado, pitted, peeled, and mashed Salt and pepper

Ten 2-inch squares of sliced bread, toasted ¼ cup peeled, diced cucumber

½ cup watercress, rinsed and separated into sprigs
