Semi Soft Boiled Eggs Served on an Avocado Plate
Boil eggs as preferred.
Meanwhile, cut avocado in half, peel off skin and remove the pit. Cut both halves in thin slices while keeping the avocado halves in one piece. Put the avocado halves on a plate and press down slowly and set them in the shape of the plate. Repeat process for the other ‘plate’.
Peel the eggs and slice them in halve, put eggs on top of both plates and add your favorite toppings and pepper and salt to taste. Serve with crusty bread.
TIP: Instead of boiled eggs you could serve any type of eggs on this edible plate; scramble, sunny side-up, poached etcetera.
Toppings: sprouts, seeds, rose petals, chili flakes, lime zest and balsamic pearls
