Green Egg Scramble & Avocado

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and peel of the skin. Make 2 avocado roses.

Use a hand blender to combine the almond milk and spinach. When thoroughly combined add the eggs. Continue mixing until smooth and season with pepper and salt to taste. Heat a frying pan and add some oil, pour in the egg mixture.

Meanwhile, toast your bagels.

Stir slowly with a wooden spoon. Keep stirring until they are cooked as you like.

Serve with avocado roses and fresh hot bagels and salt and pepper to taste

3.4 oz. (Almond) Milk

2 Hands Full of Spinach

1 Avocado

2 Bagels
