Avocado & Tomato Sandwich
Slice the avocados. (If not serving immediately, squeeze a little lime juice over the slices to help prevent browning.) Slice the tomatoes, then, arrange the lettuce on top of half of the slices of bread. Then, layer the sliced tomato and avocado on top of the lettuce before topping with the remaining slices of bread.

2 ripe Peruvian Hass avocados, halved, peeled, and pitted
Handful lettuce of choice
8 slices bread
