Avocado Sea Salt Shake
Cut avocado(s) in half and remove the pit. Scoop the meat into a blender.
Add the lemon juice, ice cream, milk, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Blend until smooth.
Taste, add more salt or sweetener, and briefly blend.
Divide into 2 glasses, sprinkle with a tiny pinch of salt, place a straw in each glass, and serve.

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon fleur de sel
Simple syrup or agave to taste
