Make croquette with avocado and potato.
Bread and fry.
Cook and scramble eggs.
Add sea urchin paste.
Serve atop croquette.


1 piece sea urchin

1/4 pound shrimp

1 egg

1 slice jalapeno

1 avocado each

3 ounces panko

2 ounces potato, cooked
