Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the avocado, tuna, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, celery, cilantro, and walnuts. Gently toss with olive oil and lime juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

1 can (5-6 oz) water-packed tuna, drained

1 medium cucumber, seeded and diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup diced celery, diced

½ cup cilantro leaves, rinsed and finely chopped

¼ cup walnuts, chopped

¼ cup olive oil

½ cup lime juice

Salt and pepper
